Shallow Carving of Wheat Ears Tied in Bowknotted Ribbon.This
Early 19th Century New York Suite Has The Original Old Dry
Surface. Inverted Scroll Arms, Acanthus Leaf Supports on
Turned and Reeded Legs. Crestrails are Capped on Each End
with Rosettes. Upholstery Varies
Condition: Side Chair Frame is in Good Condition
and Old Upholstery, Chair Back Upholstery Has Been Removed
and is Loose. Armchair Frame is in Good Condition and has
Recent Upholstery Cover. Sofa Frame Has an Old Repair to
Upper Reeded Arm and Upholstery is Last Quarter of 20th
Century.

Description: 1863 Thomas Bradbury & Sons Silver
Plate Epergne with Cut Rock Crystal Bowl Circa 1863. The exceptionally
heavy base is supported by three horned mask supports and
has beaded edges. The underside of the base is hallmarked
with the Thomas Bradbury and Sons 1855-1905 shield mark, plus
the English Registry Mark for 1862 and the Sheffield date
letter, "V" in a lozenge for 1863 and the letter
"S" for Sheffield. Total height is 11.5", bowl
is 11.12" Dia. X 4.25" H., fitter is 3.85"
Dia.; Stand measures 7.5" H. X 7" W.
Condition: Stand is in excellent condition, without
damage or plate loss. Bowl is very good - one triangular chip
to from the inside if the rim measuring .8" x .6".
