and Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit
card. 10% Buyers premium for those paying with cash or check. 13%
Buyers Premium for those paying with credit card. 15% Buyers premium
will be applied to the total of all purchases by Absentee and Phone
Bidders. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total
purchase price of each item. Complete and full payment must be made
day of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. A valid
Driver's License or Government issued ID are required to bid. All
terms & conditions and other announcements made the day of the
auction are binding and take precedence over any information found
herein. All items’ sold on an “As Is Where Is” Basis.
All Post 1898 firearms
must be registered in compliance with both Tennessee and Federal
Laws. Buyers of Post 1898 firearms must complete all necessary registration
forms and background check with the FFL designated on auction day.
