Property Terms and Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are cash,
check or credit card. 10% Buyers premium for those paying with cash
or check. 13% Buyers Premium for those paying with credit card.
15% Buyers premium will be applied to the total of all purchases
by Absentee and Phone Bidders. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium
will equal the total purchase price of each item. Complete and full
payment must be made day of sale. No property will be removed until
settled for. A valid Driver's License or Government issued ID are
required to bid. All terms & conditions and other announcements
made the day of the auction are binding and take precedence over
any information found herein. All items sold on an As
Is Where Is Basis.
All Post
1898 firearms must be registered in compliance with both Tennessee
and Federal Laws. Buyers of Post 1898 firearms must complete all
necessary registration forms and background check with the FFL designated
on auction day.
Real Estate
Terms and Conditions: A ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will
be added to the high bid to determine total sale price of property.
The total deposit due from buyer is ten percent (10%) of the total
sales price (high bid + 10% Buyers Premium). Balance of the
total sales price is due at or before closing. Closing shall occur
on or before October 12, 2015. Real Estate is sold in as is,
where is condition. Seller shall convey ownership via Special
Warranty Deed. Seller shall provide bidders a title update. All
announcements made day of sale take precedence over any other announcements,
internet, or printed advertisements. Kennedys Auction Service
shall pay any buyers broker who properly registers a client
and subsequently closes the transaction a fee of two-percent (2%)
of the high bid. Brokers must register their prospective buyer with
Kennedys Auction Service before auction day. Property is subject
to sell prior to auction day.
