 Terms
and Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, approved check,
or credit card. 13% Buyer’s Premium with 3% discount for cash
or approved check resulting in a 10% Buyers Premium for those paying
with cash or approved check. A 15% buyers premium will be applied
to the total of all purchases by Internet and Phone Bidders. The
bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total purchase
price of each item. No phone bids will be accepted after 7:00p.m.
on Friday, April 26th. Complete and full payment must be made day
of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. A valid
Driver's License or Government issued ID are required to bid. All
terms & conditions and other announcements made the day of the
auction are binding and take precedence over any information found
herein. All items’ sold on an “As Is Where Is” Basis.
