Terms and Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card. 10% Buyers premium for those paying with cash or check. 13% Buyers Premium for those paying with credit card. 15% Buyers premium will be applied to the total of all purchases by Internet, Absentee and Phone Bidders. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total purchase price of each item. Complete and full payment must be made day of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. A valid Driver's License or Government issued ID are required to bid.
