Property Terms & Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are
cash, check or credit card. 10% Buyers premium for those paying
with cash or check. 13% Buyers Premium for those paying with credit
card. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total
purchase price of each item. Complete and full payment must be made
day of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. A valid
Driver's License or Government issued ID are required to bid. All
terms & conditions and other announcements made the day of the
auction are binding and take precedence over any information found
herein. All items’ sold on an “As Is Where Is” Basis.
Real Property
Terms & Conditions: A ten percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium
will be added to the high bid to determine total sale price of property.
The total deposit due from buyer is twenty percent (20%) of the
total sales price (high bid + 10% Buyer’s Premium) as non-refundable
earnest money. Balance due and closing on or before May 1st . Lead-Based
Paint Disclosure: The 10-day period for all lead-based paint inspections
will occur prior to the Auction date. All bidders must sign a waiver
of the 10-day post sale inspection period. All announcements made
day of sale take precedence over any other announcements, internet,
or printed advertisements. Real Estate is sold in “As Is Where
Is” condition. Call to schedule an appointment to make inspection.
