Terms & Conditions: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal/business checks, money orders or cashier’s checks. Personal/Business checks will be acceptable by in house bidders only if a current irrevocable bank letter of credit in favor of Kennedy’s Auction Service is presented at time of registration prior to the auction. Kennedy’s Auction Service reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal/business checks, money orders or cashier’s checks until funds are collected and cleared. 10% Buyers premium will be applied to the total of all purchases by In-House Bidders. 15% Buyers premium will be applied to the total of all purchases by Absentee and Phone Bidders. The bid price plus the Buyer's Premium will equal the total purchase price of each item. Complete and full payment must be made day of sale. No property will be removed until settled for. A valid Driver's License or Government issued ID are required to bid.
